"Re" Imagine Your Existence

This one is medicine for the mind. Fun imagination as the upgrade. Good things happening on purpose. And then that quiet, piercing check-in: are we the image of our imagination… and does that image actually match the state we’re living in right now?

08

Episode

how do you imagine.png

I have been sitting with this question: have we been viewing our reality and our imagination in the wrong way? Like imagination is the pretty little escape we visit when life gets heavy… and “reality” is the serious thing we have to survive.

What if that’s backwards?

I want to uplevel through fun imagination and good things happening to me all the time.

Why would you say anything else?

Why would you think anything else?

That is medicine for your mind.

Because if imagination could actually drive your life — not decorate it, drive it — how differently would you think?

How differently would you talk to yourself?

How differently would you be?

And then the question that made this whole episode happen:

Are we the image of our imagination?

Does the image match the state of being I am actively in?

Not the highlight-reel version. Not the vision-board version. The state you are in right now. The way you walk into a Tuesday.

The story running underneath your day.

If the picture in your mind is lucky, playful, expanded… and the state you’re living in is braced and waiting for something to go wrong… there is a gap. And that gap is loud, even when we pretend it isn’t.

So today we are not forcing a new life.
We are looking at the image.
We are looking at the state.

"The
determination
of
your
imaginiation."

Two Week Workouts.png

Is there an endurance required to keep producing a new activity before the picture changes?

You start the workouts. You’re in it. You’re proud of yourself. And then around day fourteen you look in the mirror, you step on the scale, you check the before-and-after in your mind… and nothing looks different enough. So you stop.

Not because the workout failed.

Because the result didn’t show up on your schedule.

These are the people who need to see the result in order to keep doing the thing. And I want to be so gentle here, because I get it. Seeing it feels like permission. Seeing it feels like “okay, this is working, I can continue.”

But paying attention to the results that hard can start adhering your perspective. Like your eyes get glued to the evidence, and if the evidence is quiet, your whole belief goes quiet with it.

So the question isn’t just “how do I stay consistent?”

The question is:

How do we get through the thresholds that are sitting in front of us?

Then there’s the content.

What we watch. What we follow. What we let loop in the background while we’re half-paying attention. It looks harmless. It’s just a video. It’s just a page. It’s just “keeping up.”

But content is not neutral. It is training.

Every scroll is a little rehearsal for a state of being. It teaches your mind what a normal day looks like, what a body should be doing, what a life is supposed to feel like, what to fear, what to want, what to laugh at, what to numb out with. So of course it affects us. It becomes the weather system your imagination has to live inside.

Which brings the real question:

Should we follow and consume what we are already doing in our lives…

or the change we want to see in our imagination?

The Open Circle
We don't have to quit. We just have to see it differently.
Re-design the relationship
.

This episode is an open circle for anyone who’s ever felt stuck between “I make good money” and “I’m slowly disappearing inside my own life.” We talk about how to change our relationship with work without quitting. How to look at our vices with softer eyes. How to ask better questions so the comfort stops costing us our joy.

No pressure. No shame. Just space to see it differently.

listen here

I told the story of a construction worker who works 12-hour shifts, cracks a six-pack every single night, and spends all of Sunday on the couch watching football. He’s bored. He’s tired. He’s quietly exhausted by his own life. But the money is good. The seniority is solid. The 401k is stacking.

So when I gently asked,

“What if we looked at a different job?” his answer came fast and final: “No.

I already know everything about this job. I’ve got seniority. My 401k is getting stacked.”

And that right there is the real conversation.

What if the thing we think is the problem (the drinking, the scrolling, the numbing) isn’t actually the problem? What if the vice is just the comfort we reach for because the job has quietly become a cage we don’t want to leave?

accountant vs construction.png

The Construction Worker

The Accountant

I told the story of an accountant who stops for coffee every single morning on the way into the office and then finds himself standing at the corporate kitchen pot three, four, sometimes five more times before the day is even half over. He’s not racing. He’s not late. He’s just… reaching. Cup after cup. The caffeine hits, the routine feels familiar, the hours keep ticking. But underneath it he’s quietly restless.

The chair never moves. The numbers never stop. His body is still for eight, nine, ten hours straight. So when I gently asked, “What if the coffee isn’t actually what you’re craving? What if your body is begging for physical stimulation the job never gives?” his answer came soft but certain: “I just need the coffee to get through the day. It’s how I’ve always done it.”

And that right there is the real conversation.

What if the thing we think is the problem (the endless coffee runs, the constant need for a jolt) isn’t actually the problem? What if the vice is just the comfort and the artificial energy we reach for because the job has quietly become a cage of stillness we don’t know how to leave?

Photographers Mind.png

The Photographer

I told the story of a photographer who spends every shoot blending into the background — camera heavy on the shoulders, body twisted into quiet corners, eyes always searching, never resting. She captivates entire scenes without anyone really knowing her.

The physical weight of the gear and the late nights editing is one thing. The mental weight of being the invisible observer, holding every emotion in the room while staying completely outside of it, is another. He’s exhausted in ways most people never see. So when I gently asked, “What if the real tiredness isn’t just the gear or the hours? What if it’s the cost of never being known while you make everyone else feel seen?” her answer came soft but firm: “That’s just the job. I have to disappear to get the shot.”

And that right there is the real conversation.

What if the thing we think is the problem (the isolation, the fading into the background, the constant performance of invisibility) isn’t actually the problem? What if that hiddenness is the comfort we reach for because the job has quietly become a cage of being everywhere and nowhere at the same time?

Three different jobs.

Three different comforts.

One shared quiet truth: we don’t always need to quit the job or the vice. We just need new eyes. We need to notice when the thing that once helped us survive has started to keep us small.

And then — this is the part I care about most —

we get to invite fun back in.

Not the expensive, once-a-year kind of fun. The everyday kind. The kind that fits inside a regular Tuesday.

A five-minute dance in the kitchen before the next meeting. A walk without headphones so your body remembers it belongs to you. Laughing too loud with a coworker for no reason. Taking the longer way home just because the light looks pretty.

Choosing one tiny thing that feels alive instead of automatic.

That’s the real invitation of this circle. You don’t have to leave the job. You don’t have to give up the thing that soothes you. You just get to ask better questions… and then make a little more room for joy to sneak back into the ordinary hours.

No pressure. No shame. Just space to see it differently — and then to play again.

Hit play. Sit in the circle with us. You don’t have to say a word. But if you feel even the tiniest spark of fun trying to return… follow it.

Because the goal was never just to stop being stuck. The goal is to remember how good it feels to be alive in the middle of a regular day.

Accountability Series | Episode Two
Fight In Flight Workshop

In Workshop Two we get honest. We look straight at everything we didn’t finish in the last two weeks — no shame, just clarity. Then we ask the deeper question:

what needs to shift in us so those to-do lists actually get done?

This is where we recreate our character to match our real

preferences instead of the ones we think we “should” have.

We’re introducing three powerful tools:

• Reverse highlighting

• Fighting in flight

• Agreeing to the expectations of time constraints

You have two weeks to complete the tasks from Week One.

No more carrying them forward. Get it done.

Reverse Highlighting.png

Reverse Highlighting

Most of us highlight the things we finished. It feels good. It looks productive. It lets us stay comfortable.

Reverse highlighting flips that.

Instead of lighting up what we completed, we light up what we left undone.

Look at the two lists side by side:

On the left, the usual way — the top three tasks get the bright yellow highlight because they got done. On the right, we reverse it. The unfinished tasks (Advertise website, Prepare for next episode, Create content) now carry the bright color. They become impossible to ignore.

That simple switch does something powerful: it stops us from only celebrating the wins and forces us to sit with the truth of what still needs our energy.

This is how we start changing the character we’ve been playing. We stop protecting the version of ourselves that keeps pushing the hard things to the bottom of the list… and we start becoming the person who actually finishes.

Two weeks.

The unfinished work from Week One is no longer allowed to hide.

Highlight it.

See it.

Creating Your Avatar (The Sims Method)

Most people make vision boards.

We do something different.

In this workshop we start the same way every great video game begins: we create the character.

You first design your avatar in your mind or in your notebook — the version of you who already lives the life you’re calling in. Not the “should” version. The real one. The one who matches your actual preferences, energy, and destiny.

Then we take it one powerful step further. We use AI to bring that character to life — not just her face, but the full environment she belongs in. The room she works in. The light around her. The feeling of the space she occupies when she is fully herself.

This is manifestation that feels real. You’re not just looking at pictures of what you want. You’re meeting the woman (or man) who already has it, standing in the world she has built.

It is the opposite of a typical vision board. A vision board shows you the destination. This method lets you meet the person who already arrived — and then become her.

Open your notebook

Or open the AI. Create that person you are dreaming of being.

They are waiting for you.

Designing Your Character To Ensure You Look The Way You Want To

This isn’t only for the podcast or the career.

Once you have created her — the real version of you — you can place her in every area of your life.

She is the one who already knows how to rest without guilt.

She is the one who speaks with softness and strength in her relationships.

She is the one who moves her body because it feels good, not because she has to.

She is the one who protects her mornings, her creativity, her joy, and her peace.

She is the one who handles money with clarity instead of fear.

She is the one who already lives inside the life you’re building.

You can design her for the soft parts too. Not just the high-achieving parts.

The fully alive parts.

And here is the deeper skill we practice while we build her:

Fighting while in flight.

Most people know “fight or flight.” When the pressure hits, the body wants to either attack or run.

We do something different.

We learn to fight while in flight. Even when every nervous-system alarm is screaming “abort,” we keep walking toward the woman we already designed.

We don’t wait until we feel brave.

We don’t wait until the fear leaves.

We move with the fear still in our chest,

because the avatar is already on the path and she is not turning around.

That is how the character becomes real.

Not by waiting for perfect conditions.

By continuing while everything in you wants to stop.

So open the notebook.

Or open the AI. Design her completely — work, rest, love, play, health, quiet, power.

Then, when the flight response shows up, you already know what to do.

You fight while in flight. You keep becoming her.

Two weeks.

The unfinished work from workshop one still stands.

And now you have a clearer version of the woman who finishes it.

She’s already in the forest with the quest active. All that’s left is for you to step into her.

The 7-Book Library Adventure: A Guided Soul Walk +
What Your Picks Whisper About You

Picture this a soft library light, that one song in your headphones,

and zero pressure to find the perfect book.

Just walk. Notice what calls you. Grab seven..

Then we decode the whole beautiful mess together. That’s exactly what we did on the podcast this week — and I’m giving you the full play-by-play so you can do it too.

Your Library Adventure Checklist

1. Walk the library with zero agenda. Let your feet and eyes lead.

2. Collect at least 7 books that make you pause — even for half a second.

3. Don’t overthink. The first genre that keeps pulling you is data.

4. Bring them to a quiet table (or home) and open your notes app / pretty notebook.

the genre map.png
genre breakdown.png

The Genre Map

Look at the order you found them. Which genres showed up first? What might that say about the season you are in right now?

A simple way to describe this part is where do you go first in an amusement park? and Why? Did you run off to fictional sci-fi adventure (the biggest ride?) or the cooking section (an instant funnel caker?).

We break this down in the podcast!

Write down your genre map walk through and a little bit about why you gravitated towards those genres. Get to know yourself a little more and be honest!

For Each of Your 7 (or more!) Books:

1. Title + The One-Sentence Why Write the full title and author, then one honest sentence about why your hand actually reached for it in that moment.

2. Table of Contents Deep Dive Flip through the table of contents (or the first few pages if it’s a novel). Then write 2–3 sentences on the parts that capture your attention the most. Ask yourself:

  • What am I looking at the most?

  • What seemed interesting?

  • Why am I excited to dive in?

That’s it. Keep it light, keep it true, keep it yours

table of contents image example.jpg

One Last Little Gift to Yourself!

Before you close your notebook, take a quiet minute and write a short summary of the whole experience. Not just the books — the feeling.

How did it feel to walk the stacks with the song in your ears and zero pressure? What surprised you about the genres that found you first? Did anything shift in your energy or mood by the time you finished writing about those seven (or more) titles?

Let the summary be honest and simple — a few sentences that capture the heart of the adventure. This is the soft bow that ties the entire ritual together. It’s the part you’ll look back on later and smile, remembering the day you let curiosity lead the way.

Thank you for walking this library adventure with me.

With so much love and excitement for whatever you discover next,

Victoria 💛

ToDo:

I want you to go buy one (the classic black-and-white kind is perfect) or make your own with whatever paper and cover feels like you.

From this day forward, this notebook is where everything lives. Your dreams. Your monthly calendars. Your weekly intentions. The tiny wins nobody else sees. The hard days. The 2 a.m. ideas that feel too wild to say out loud yet. You will write it all by hand. Bullet-journal style. No typing. No screenshots. Just you, the page, and the ink.

Why are we doing it this way?

Because writing by hand slows you down just enough to actually feel the dream instead of scrolling past it. Because seeing your own handwriting every single day becomes a quiet promise you keep making to yourself.

Because this notebook will become the physical proof that you showed up—even on the days when motivation was nowhere to be found.

This is not another digital to-do list that disappears into the cloud. This is your Dream Codex. Your private, tangible, no-one-can-delete-it record of the life you’re building.

Ep 4 Collage 3.png
Ep 4 Collage 2.png

PAGE ONE.

Okay partner… take a deep breath with me because this first page is pure magic.

The very beginning. The page that sets the whole tone for your Dream Codex. It’s soft, it’s clear, and it feels like you’re standing at the starting line of something really special (and look — there’s even a cute little purple “START” road at the bottom cheering you on).

Here’s exactly how to fill it out so it feels powerful and personal:

Right at the top you’ll see the soft yellow banner that says

“What are you for?”

This is your declaration. Underneath it, complete the sentence:

“I am ______ book to guide my success in ______.”

Fill in the blanks with whatever feels true for you right now. Examples could be: “I am this book to guide my success in my business and creative life.” or “I am my personal book to guide my success in building the life I keep dreaming about.”

Make it yours. Say it out loud when you write it. It already feels different when it’s in your own handwriting.

Ep 4 collage 6.png

Next up is the section called Business Ventures:

You have three spots ready and waiting. For each one, write the name of the business, project, or hobby you’re currently pouring energy into, then underneath it write a short, honest summary of what you want to accomplish with it.

It doesn’t have to be perfect or super formal. Just clear and true. Something like: “______ Business I want to grow this into a steady source of joy and income while helping other women feel more confident.”

You can fill all three, or just one or two if that’s where you are right now. Leave space if you’re still figuring the third one out — that’s totally okay.

And that little purple “START” graphic at the bottom? That’s your reminder that this page is the official beginning.

You’re not behind. You’re right on time. You’re starting.

When you finish this page, sit with it for a second. Look at what you just claimed. This is the foundation everything else in the notebook is going to build on.

You did that. You’re already doing the work.

Ep 4 collage 7.png
Ep 4 collage 5.png

PAGE TWO.

That soft yellow banner that says Business Name | Hobby? That’s where you claim it.

Write the name of the dream or the business or the hobby you’re currently building. Make it official. Then put today’s date right next to it so this page becomes a timestamp of the exact moment you decided to get serious.

Right under that is the most important question on the whole page:

“What do I want to get done before the next episode check-in?”

This is your big intention. Don’t overthink it. Just write from the heart. A few sentences or a short paragraph is perfect. This is the thing you’re going to be accountable for when we all come back together.

Then look to the right — that cute purple PLAN box with the three little circles. This is where you break the big intention into 2–3 clear action steps. Keep them simple and doable. The word “Create” is written next to it on purpose… because that’s exactly what you’re doing.

Scroll down a little and you’ll see the TO DO LIST banner with the heart-shaped checkboxes. These are your softer, day-to-day moves. The little things that support the bigger plan. You can list up to six. Hearts instead of regular boxes because we’re doing this with love, not pressure.

On the bottom right is your weekly SCHEDULE. Just fill in whatever needs to happen on each day so you can actually see the week laid out. Nothing fancy. Just honest.

And that rainbow “GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN” smiley at the bottom? That’s your reminder. We’re not doing this to be perfect. We’re doing this to stay in motion and enjoy the process.

That’s it, bestie. One page. One clear intention. A plan. A soft to-do list. A simple schedule. And a whole lot of heart.
